Answer with structure and flexibility
A good response has a beginning, middle, and end. Start with the main point, support it with a concrete example, and stop before the answer becomes a long detour. Leave space for a follow-up question. Your goal is a conversation, not a performance delivered from memory.
Prepare for virtual interviews
Test your camera, microphone, connection, and meeting link in advance. Choose a reasonably quiet setting and make sure your device has sufficient power. If technology fails, remain calm and use the contact instructions provided by the interviewer. Technical glitches do not automatically mean you have failed.
